From Points South of San Diego: Take I-15 North toward Poway. Exit Camino Del Norte, take a right off the exit ramp. Proceed 1.7 miles until the intersection of Pomerado Road. Take a left on Pomerado Road and proceed 0.8 miles. Take a right on Monte Vista Road (1 block before Pomerado Hospital.) Take first right into the driveway. Park and proceed to building C, Suite 10.
From Points North of North County, San Diego: Take I-15 South toward Poway. Exit Pomerado Road and take a right off the exit onto Pomerado Road. Proceed 4.9 miles on Pomerado Road. Turn left onto Monte Vista Road (one block past the Pomerado Hospital stop light). Take first right into the driveway. Park and proceed to building C, Suite 10. Bazilian’s Health Clinic is at 15525 Pomerado Road in Building C, Suite. 10 on the second floor.
